What sort of push notifications will I be receiving?
If you agree to receive notifications, you'll get a push notification to your phone when RAD has new merch or preorders available on the app. Exclusive items will be released on the app first, so if you have push notifications enabled, you'll be in the know first! When you download the app, you'll see a pop up notification to enable notifications. Otherwise, you can enable notifications through your phone settings anytime.
What are the benefits of downloading the app?
See the highlights above! When you have the app, you'll have access to app-only RAD merch you can't buy anywhere else. Plus, with push notifications, you'll know about new merch first. The RAD app is a streamlined version of mobile online shopping to make things easier for you!
Is everything sold on the website also sold on the app?
Yep! Everything you see on the RAD website is also available on the RAD mobile app. But there are some items you can only get on the app and not on the website.
Can I access my RADventure Club loyalty account and use points on the app?
You sure can! You can log in to your RADventure Club account right in the app, and at checkout you'll be able to see if there are any discounts or rewards you can use with your purchase. When you view your cart, click on the rewards icon in the upper right corner (circled in the image) and the discounts you have available will appear.
Do I still need to sign up for texts and emails if I have the app?
If you want to be in the know of all things RAD, you should still sign up for texts and emails along with the mobile app! When you sign up for texts and/or emails, you can get updates on your online orders. You'll also be able to hear about new specials, events, merch and other RAD items you can buy.
