Return Policy
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Customers are able to return items and will be refunded with store credit.
Rockford Art Deli is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. Please feel free to ship the item back to us in the same package, or a new one. Address found below.
Returned items must be received in new, unworn & unwashed condition. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. You will be notified if this is the case.

RETURN PROCESSING
Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your store credit will be sent out via email.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable through our online store. Credit will not be issued for the following:
- Accessories (including but not limited to: stickers, lapel pins, key chains, chapstick, pencils)
- Items marked as FINAL SALE
- Items purchased at non-RAD locations (e.g. Schnucks)
RETURNS TO THE STORE LOCATION
Online purchases can be exchanged at our store location. Having the packing slip or receipt on-hand makes the process easier. All items must be in new, unworn & unwashed condition. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable & will be denied.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR STOLEN PACKAGES
In the event that an online order is received and the clothing is damaged, or if a RAD package is stolen from your porch or is lost in transit, RAD has partnered with Onward to protect your purchases. If you add Onward to your order, you will be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim.
