These tins are a flavor-packed smash of Fishwife's caramelized, tender, and campfire-y smoked salmon and Fly By Jing's sweet, tangy, spicy and umami-rich Zhong sauce. Smoked in small batches over a mix of beech, maple, and birch wood, hand-packed, and canned by fifth-generation family-run cannery on the central coast of Washington.
