Spook the Blocks is back! Join downtown businesses for an afternoon of trick-or-treating, RAD's annual Free Print Day (featuring a Hocus Pocus design this year), and fall fun for the whole family! Participating businesses will have candy for trick-or-treaters as well as some of their own fall specials.
